Packages can be done at any hotel, Airbnb, or home.
Unfortunately not. Most hotels will not let us enter rooms that are not checked into.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will not be refunded under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to reasons related to COVID-19, travel restrictions, delayed or canceled flights, etc.
If you are running late, please communicate with your decorator. If your decorator shows up and can not gain access to your room due to no key being left, name not being added to the room, not being able to get ahold of you, etc you will be given a 30 minute grace period. After 30 minutes, it will be considered a client-initiated less than 72-hour cancellation.
Of course! At no extra charge, we will lay out any gifts, including bottles of alcohol or champagne, etc. Just let your decorator know where you have placed them within the room. Many clients choose a specific closet or bag. However, we cannot purchase alcohol for you due to permits and regulations.
We work with your needs and wants. Most clients leave their decorator’s name at the front desk. You can also pass a room key to us at your desired location.
We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but cannot guarantee we will have an available time slot that fits your new needs. We suggest booking our services for the second day or later of your trip to make sure any travel delays will not affect your appointment and that you will be checked in and ready by your appointment time.
Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive an email to confirm your booking details and it will also include your decorator’s name and phone number.
